Financing Keystone AveIndianapolis, Indiana on May 21,from a coworkerI briefly googled the company to see if I could find any reviews about them and the location and found noneI went to the website and looked at the cars and called and spoke to a JeremyWho offered me to come inHe told me what to bring and they were actually closing so I would have to come back the next day when I got off work they were open longerMe and my boyfriend went into the dealership on May 20, 2015.He asked me who referred me and I told him and gave him my coworkers informationHe said that since they have no real advertising they depend on their customers referrals for business and she would get $for referring me if I get a carWe briefly went over what I was looking for and he asked me to fill out some paperwork before they closed and texted me his information Purchased a vehicle from a place called Instant Auto Finance but the financing came from SCS Credit Corpwhich I later found out is the same companyMay 23rd I found a vehicle at the lot and exchanged text messages with the sales rep, went into to look at a Jeep Compass and the was too smallI told him I was going to look elsewhere when he texted me about a couple other options that dayMay 26th he texted me and told me he had a Jeep Patriot for sale and I could come in when I get off workWe exchanged text messages and I looked up just about the jeep patriot and told him I wanted to take a look at itHe said the car was northern Indiana (Goshen or Mishawaka) and was told that I would have to put down a deposit in order to see the carMay 28th he texted me and said that was the only way to get his "transporter" to get the car to the dealershipMay 30th I went into the dealership with my boyfriend to put in the deposit on the car and look up about the issues that could come with the year, make, model of the carTwo of those were if it has a moonroof this years and other leak really bad and if it has a cvt transmission (normally they put in nissans' and honda's) the transmission after a certain amount of mileage could have issuesSo busy that day, he had us first wait as we stood there for almost minutes, then he had us sit down in his officeI looked up about the car on my phone and waited for him to be done with the other customers in the dealership and when he came in the office, I asked him if the car had a cvt transmissionHe looked at something on his screen and said it didn'tAnd didn't have a moon roof either. When he sat me and my boyfriend down he had me sign something that I later read that wasn't a receipt for the deposit like he claimed it to be Juen 1st He texted me on The car was transported to the dealership and I went into to test drive the carI had my friend look at the car, do a car fax report on the car, and we test drove it togetherWhen I got back to the dealership, I spent and a half hours after that to "fill out paperwork" and for him to talk to SCS Credit CorpI signed some of the paperwork on June 3, and drove off with the carThat afternoon I noticed where there was the price of the car and a sticker, the sticker had been removed and there was a residue from the sticker on the windshield where there was a crack in the windshieldThe residue from the sticker made it look like it was just the residue, but once I washed the windshield I found out it was a crack in the windshield and I attempted to adjust the seat and it was not movingI t June 6th That night on my way home I attempted to push the seat up and noticed there were pieces which I later found out of the top of the engine underneath the seat in a compartment like place and I called the mechanic to ask him what he thinks it could be? I would have to bring the car back up to him for him to take a lookAnother piece I have no clue where it came from or what it was to stuck in the bottom of an area in the bottom of the seatTrying to push the seat up so I could remove what I didn't know what it was at the time, I found out the seat doesn't push forward or backwardAnd while under the seat attempting to adjust it, I pulled back the plastic coverings for the carpet and noticed it was so much dirt underneath itI took pictures and took the car up to the mechanic that is known from my familyHe said it was a covering to pieces on top of the engineI took pictures and left the shop June 8th, I was on my way to work when accelerating from the light the car was violently shaking so bad I thought it was going to shut offThe check engine light came onWhen I got to work I called the mechanic backAnd on my lunch break I drove to the mechanic to take a look at the car and he ran the coding for the check engine light saying it was a small leak in a hose, and to take it up to the dealership, they should be able to fix it seeing that you just got the carAnd the jerking is more than likely the transmission but I would have to take it to a place where they have more transmission related tools to have them take a look at itI told him I was feeling a drag in the back and he took a look at the car also when he told me that the wheel bearing are about to give outAlso the plastic coverings on the wheels were falling off and he took a look and we noticed there was damage to all the wheels that the dealership covered up with the plastic coverings and I took pictures June 9th I called the sales rep and he told me that I would have to come in so he can fill out the paperwork so they can have it looked at their mechanic shop and I also asked him to send me the number to SCS Credit Corp seeing that it wasn't on any of the paperwork I was givenHe said he would text it to me and he needed me to come back anyway because it was some paperwork that wasn't filled outI told him I would come in and came in on my day off June 13th I went up to the dealership to tell the sales rep what was going onHe said that the automotive shop is only open on the weekdays and I would have to come backI told him about the leak in a hose and he went outside for a minute while I sat in the office came back and said it was the gas capI told him, I tried that and it wasn't plus I took it to a mechanic not too far that said it wasn't the gas capHe said he turned off the light and that's what it wasI asked him for the number to SCS Credit Corp again and he said he would text it to meThis time he did June 16th I dropped my car off at the meinken that is not too far on my way to work for a diagnostic and when I walked over after work, he said it was definitely something wrong with the transmissionAnd suggested I take it to aamco so they could do a further diagnosticThe next day I dropped the car off at aamco and they did a diagnosticHe explained to me that they had the same year and model on this car in their office not too long ago with a similar issue and they were so busy that day he said they just test drove it and said it seemed like it was because of the cvt transmissionI explained to him how I was told it didn't have a cvt transmission and he said it didHe explained they usually put them in nissans and cars alike and they happened to put this transmission in and something with it creates problems for the jeep June 17th So he advised I get tune up and I told him about needing to get on the road for an emergency out of townHe said it should be ok, these cars with the cvt transmission could take time to accelerate around this mileage and would call the guy who's daughter had the same type of car same mileage and let me know what the outcome of their car was or what they didThey were really busy and wouldn't be able to get to the car over the weekend anywayThe car continued to jerk and violently shakeI got on the road and drove down and on my way back on the car started slowing downOn a road that your supposed to go 70mph my car started slowing down to 40mph as I am pushing down the accelerator, then its not going past 20mph the car is violently shaking again and I pulled first over on the side of the road By myself, nervous, and scared and in degree weather I immediately called one of my friends and he said try to push it to the nearest exitI let the car go as fast as it would and finally got to the nearest exitJune 24th I called Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000,
