Sondos Taxi, Inc.

I reserved taxi cab for pick-up from our home to [redacted] online at the website [redacted] 4/27/2015 for next morning flight. I got an email confirmation (see attached).The confirmed pick-up time was 6:00 AM, but we had not seen any taxi cab until 6:08 AM. I called the number showing on the confirmation, but the person answered call said "I didn't see any reservation". Upon my urgent request, he promised to send another cab in 15 min. A cab came in about at 6:40 AM. We arrived at terminal 2 of [redacted] at about 7: 20 AM. [redacted] refused our check in for our purchased flights that departs at 7:40 AM and arrives at [redacted] 11: 30 AM.. We had to got two re-scheduled flight tickets from [redacted] to [redacted] that departed at 1 PM and arrived at [redacted] 6:40 PM. We had to pay $75 for each ticket. It also ruined our vacation itinerary at [redacted] (only two days there), we missed a booked harbor cruise that costs total $80 for no-showing!I sent an email to Sondos to complain their service but the person replied insisted that they didn't see any online reservation (see emails).Product_Or_Service: Taxi cab pick up to [redacted]Order_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementWe ask this company to pay total $300 for our monetary loss, inconveniences and emotional distress. We also ask them to find out who took the online reservation and sent us the confirmation.
