This week,*** was holding its first business networking function in *** and we chose Soneros Latin Grill, based on its room size for events, the quality of lunch we had and the friendliness of the employeesFor the night of our event, our server, Esteban, ensured our group was well taken care of for drinks, food and refillsThe quality of their Colombian food was outstanding and the portions were generous Although our initial group was small, the staff made us feel welcome and understood events of this nature take a while to growWe look forward to continuing these events with Soneros every month
I attended this restaurant with my family and had purchased a ***, which I asked if I could use even prior to ordering the food The food was great, however, when I asked for the bill, the server requested for my cell phone so she could redeem the *** I handed my well kept celular device to her and she hurried to the back, on her way there, about ten feet from our table, right in front of my face and everyone else sitting next to us, she dropped my phone and the check presenter she had in her handsShe picked it up and continued her way to the cash register on back of the restaurant When she came back to our table, told us she took care of the *** and handed my now completely broken cellphone (front and back) back to me, said bye and continued her way I called her back, told her she dropped my phone and didn't even appologize for it She completely denied what had occured, told me I could come back the next day to look at the 3-cameras that where pointing to that
