we were NOT informed that the car will not be touched for 2 more weeks as we dropped car off. When we dropped the car off we were informed the car will be looked at that next morning. My husband called they told him the alternator was messed up and I called a week later and was told they have NEVER even looked at the car. We pay 4,400 for a car that is NOT worth it. Checked [redacted] and there was some type of electrical going on with the car and we were NOT aware of at all and the [redacted] the company had did not state that there was an electrical issue. Very dissatisfied with the company!
Customer had taken the vehicle to have a friend fix the issues. The unlicensed mechanic messed with some wires, bracket flew off, and some wires were off. When they brought the vehicle to us we informed customer that we were short handed and that time frame was looking about 2 weeks to be repaired....
We only charged a fee of $100 to fix the issues that the unlicensed mechanic had messed up. They picked up vehicle and we did not charge for repair costs of the 2000 Nissan Maxima. We let her know the time frame and they chose to wait. Any other facility would have charged about 800 to fix the repairs. The car is working fine and has been fixed. Customer has vehicle. All warranty parts are $100 deductible. Customer will need to pay the $100 deductible and I will pay the rest.
