This is in response to the complaint ID: [redacted] which were assigned by Revdex.com for Sonia Jewelry and Bridal.Sonia Jewelry & Bridal in serving customers since and has been successful and recognized for its great customer serviceIn accordance with the complaint, we tried to explain the customer regarding the exchange and refund policies before and after this issue.At first, customer called us and informed about their interest in exchanging their things (though they did not mention about the Nose pin and infection on the phone)When they were called by us to get helped in the store, then they informed about the return of Nose pin, unfortunately we are not supposed to go against the policies, which they are not happy withSecondly, our Nose pin's are pure gold and cannot lead to any kind of infectionsWe have never heard any complaints like this beforeIt would have been a personal allergy (or) infection.We sincerely follow our policies with no return on Nose pin, because of the nose infections with the germsEven for exchange policy, we do it within in a week but any other jewelry except Nose pinsThe reasons behind no return on Nose pins are:> It is contagious, if one of the customers tries and wecan not use it in any way because of the germs> Safety issues of other customers> Any customer is not allowed to wear and try the Nose pin unless they purchase it and accept not to return backHope you understand the situation and expecting to hear your response in favor with us considering our policiesWe have attached the receipt with the mail for you to show our concern for the policiesPlease Contact us for any questions.Thanks and Regards Manager Sonia Jewelry and Bridal

When they were called by us to get helped in the store, then they informed about the return of Nose pin, unfortunately we are not supposed to go against the policies, which they are not happy with. Secondly, our Nose pin's are pure gold and cannot lead to any kind of infections. I am rejecting this response because: the business is not reliable and does not listen to the customer. This sounds like may be it was used before and the reason for infection. The nose ring was not in a sealed package when they sold it. So, may be as they claim it may have been infected by another person trying it on or it may be a used one. We may be forced to take legal action if they are so arrogant and not answer my calls nor request.
