App crashed and zeroed out my card balance.
The Sonic app crashed and zeroed out my gift card balance of $9.81. After a while, $2.00 showed as my gift card balance. This happened on June 4, 2019. I have called several times to get my money added back to my account, but I am told that all they can do is send my complaint over to the 3rd party app team to add the funds back onto my card. It is now June 10, 2019 and nothing has been done. I did a quick google search and I found this to be a common problem. App users become frustrated enough they just give up. It makes me wonder how much money Sonic is stealing from app using consumers? I feel this is something that needs to be addressed and correct as I am not the only on effected.
I would just like my money returned to me. I know it's a small amount, but if this is happening to other people it adds up.
