I go here a lot its down the st, they always are rude an I have to beg for fresh food for my family, so I bought an gift card it only had 5 on it so my daughter goes to use it peel out the code an it doesn't work I spoke with a African american man who took my number an told me to talk to *** an I had a hard time catching up with her an when I did she said I can give you 5 not a free meal I just wanted to use the gift card why would you give me a 5 bill so long story short I went to get it an she didn't give it to me she was rude an embarrassed me...... But I wouldn't go this far for a 5 dollar lie an I dont have money to throw away.
I had talked to this lady on location. I first agreed to pay the $5.00 back out of pocket but then *** had told me that she bought the card at walmart but wanted sonic to give her money back because nothing was loaded on the card. The first problem is the card she had, I have never seen before and do not use at my location and do not have access to those kind. The second problem was walmart where she originally bought the card did not load her money on the card. I explained to *** that she would need to go back to walmart where purchased and talk with them because I can not do anything with this purchase because it was not made with sonic. *** proceed to get angry and back out and drove off with out coming to any agreement on how I could of helped her further. She needs to contact walmart where the purchase was made.
