Sonic Drive In Restaurant

Ordered food at this restaurant. Was brought to us wrong 3 times. Asked for manager twice and she never came out to talk to us. Waitress was rude and ignored us. We never got our replacement food items and waited for over an hour. Horrible experience.Desired SettlementI would like an apology from the Manager who did not take care of the problem and was not responsible for her restaurant issues with the customer. I would like to see the waitress who waited on us disciplined and taught to NEVER hold her hand up and ignore a customers request for ANYTHING!!!!!!!

They are not honoring the advertised price for milkshakes and adding an up charge which is undisclosed and not in compliance with product description.I suspect that this restaurant is scamming customers out of money for the price of the milkshakes it sells. Every Friday, I purchase a mini-sized milkshake for my two kids. They are both fans of a banana-peanut butter milkshake, which is considered two flavors/ingredients. Previously we would be charged a flat "Master Shake" price ($2.29) but I recently realized that the price I am paying is no longer what is being advertised on the menu board and we have been paying the Master Shake price plus $0.30 for each flavor, an additional $0.60. The advertised menu board price has not been changed nor is there a notation letting customers know that they have to pay an additional fee for each flavor. When I questioned this new practice, I was told by an employee that their new manager or district manager has instructed them to charge the Master Shake price if a 2-ingredient item is ordered and then add a fee for each flavor. Basically, I am being charged for a 4-ingredient product but only receiving a 2-ingredient item. According to the menu board, a Master Shake is a two-flavor item, which is what I order so why am I being charged the additional fees? How is this legal? If not illegal, at the very least, it is an unethical business practice./////Desired SettlementI want this restaurant to honor its advertised menu pricing./////
