I visited sonic today, June 16, 2020. I ordered with the App. The App charged my card $6.73. The App wouldn't check me in so I told the manager. She came out, stated it wouldn't pull up on her end. I showed her on my phone bank account app where it charged my card. I asked for a refund and the female manager refused to give me my refund so I left without my items and without my money.
