On 7/9/20 I went the Sonic drivethru for my lunch. Placed my order. Presented my Visa card at the window. Charge was $7 and change. A couple of minutes later the employee at the window said she made a mistake on my card. I wasn’t given a receipt. I presented my card a second time. Nearly 18 minutes had passed waiting at the window. My order was then given to me & I drove away. When I got back to work late I realized my order was entirely incorrect. The receipt attached to the bag reflected $12.36 . I have allergies to certain items reflected in my order. I was unable to consume any of the order. Also I’m diabetic. I checked my statement & was charged. I have contacted sonic Corparate 4 times w/ a reference ***. It’s been a month on 8/9/20. I told Sonic I was going to turn this in to VISA. I was told today 8/7 I would receive a call today.... no reply. Sonic corporate
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
The charge on my VISA was $12.36. Items never received & were from the order ahead of me in line. My order though completely incorrect & not eatable was charged on my VISA $7.82. Send me a gift card for $20.18 & I will cancel the open case with the Revdex.com. Address
