Sonic Drive-In Reviews (%countItem)
On May 6, I used the Sonic App to make a purchase ($48.11). I immediately called to cancel the order, but it took three phone calls and five minutes to get someone on the phone. I was informed that the order had been cancelled, but the charge still appeared on my card. I have been calling the corporate office every week to refund the charge. Everyone who could possibly handle the refund is in a meeting every time I call, and the issue is escalated so that I will receive a callback. I have not one time received a call back. I have received two emails referencing "Incident: ***" - however they both said someone would call me back.
