I was very satisfied with the response I received from the corporate office and I am quite satisfied that they will take the appropriate in house action to make sure other customers are not treated this same wayI concur I do not wish to receive a refund at this time, I spoke out of frustration, but do not feel a refund is necessary from this point forward
