This company does not deserve any starsWe had units installed and was told they were all under warrantyThe first unit is a split system [redacted] installed about a year and a half ago he put in an older unit that takes Rand now is not heating up the house and will not answer my calls to see what the problem isAnd the other units he installed are (Trane) maybe a year old and will not answer his phone to see why one of them is not heating upAnd the sad part is the trans unit that is not heating up is my in-laws and they are an elderly coupleI would not recommend [redacted] at all

Came for American Home ShieldGave a low bid that would not fix our system He admitted that he did not want the job, just the payday for the bid! The complaint is that he told us one thing and left those details out in his report to AHS!

I live in Arizona where the temperature is currently ranging anywhere from 110-degreesMy air conditioner went out, I contacted my home warranty, and they arranged for Vail Heating & Cooling to be my contactor to repair my ACThey contacted me and arranged to come out the following day between 1-4pm and advised me to turn my AC unit on early that next morning to have it run until the tech arrived that dayWhen he arrived and checked the unit he said it was out of Freon, but could not replace it because I had let the unit run all day and it froze the coilsHe would have to wait at least until the next day possibly hoursI said the lady on the phone advised me to do thatHe said it wasn't her fault because she didn't know what was wrong with itHe said he might not be able to come out until next weekThis upset me due to temperatures being I tried to call them 7xs only to get an answering machineNo one ever answered the phoneI called my home warranty who said afte
