Firstly, the product we sent her was useable and brand new (not previously used). The customer's initial complaint to us was the she thought the product was not brand new and that she could not open the filter replacement cartridge on the shower head. Upon receipt of the return I was easily able to open the filter replacement compartment. Secondly, we did pay for a return shipping label. Both claims were incorrect. We usually do not pay for a return shipping label for returned products, but went out of our way to help this customer because she was particularly distressed about the situation. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. We are looking forward to moving past this experience and working towards becoming a better business. Thank you for your time.
