I ordered a customized in-home office furniture from this merchantWhen it was installed, it did not match the dimensions diagram made at the time of orderAlso, the overall quality of the product is much lower than advertisedThe supporting legs were not installed properly by merchant's installer and created a hazardous environment where the structure was not stableI had to hire a 3rd party handyman to repair this and paid $All attempts to get merchant's management team to address my concerns were completely ignoredI waited weeks for them to contact me, but no one didOnly after reaching out to my credit card company, merchant started calling and mailing with attempt of collection and not to fix the issue
I needed drawers added to an existing closets by design closetI showed the designer lady the comparable California closets closet as how I want it to lookThe closet is for my year old sonShe charged me a wonderful bargain price of $per drawerThe installers were shocked and told me designer made a mistake and I was way overpricedThe drawers are HUGE 12" versus 8" at the example I providedMy son is not tall enough the see the inside of the top drawerTheir sliders are so hard to move you need two hands each time to close the drawersThey had to put visible shims under one side of the drawers and the drawer stack is still unbalancedWhen left side is closed the right side is still a bit openThere is a visible scratch on the top of the drawersI will never do business with this company again
