Review: I have 2 products needing warranty repair. Website, email, and phone listed for warranty repair are not good.

I purchased two Honeywell brand TV/DVD combos last December. They both have a 1 year warranty. Both TV's are no longer working, and in need of warranty repair. These TV's have been used properly. However, they no longer recognize DVD's and will randomly switch modes then power off. This is not the result of incorrect usage by me. Neither the website or email provided for warranty repair are operational anymore. The phone number listed goes to a company that provides insurance services for Nokia. This leaves me with no way to receive the warranty service I was guaranteed with the purchase of these TV's.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive either a refund or replacement for both TV's that I am no longer able to use. I have the original proof of purchase for both TV's if necessary.

Review: On 3/25/13, I bought a Honeywell Avanza TC.24S1 Combo TV and DVD player. The television came without bolts to attach the TV to the stand. I have attempted to call the Sonitronix number for five days in a row. I am put on hold for 10 minutes then the phone hangs up (###-###-####). I have left numerous voice messages for them to call me (priority return calls), which have gone unanswered, and their website does not work. It is obvious I have bought a television from an unscrupulous company and wish to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. The warranty service information is: Sonitronix Corporation, 5220 Edison Ave., Chino, CA 91710, www.honeywell.com/support.

I would like the bolts to attach the base to the television so I can use it.

Review: The remote control for my Honeywell Avanza LCD HDTV/DVD Combo (model TC.24S1) abruptly stopped working after one month of use, rendering the DVD drive completely inoperable and the TV only operable by its most basic controls on the product itself. Hoping to request a replacement or other solution, I called the provided customer service number (###-###-####) multiple times with no response whatsoever; I was perpetually on hold or prompted to leave a "priority message" to which I never received a return call. Emails sent to customer service addresses were returned as "failure to deliver". I contacted Honeywell as this business is a Honeywell licensee and they were only able to reiterate the same unmanned customer service number.
