I placed an order from the Sonja by Sonja Morgan website Order #***. Two dresses arrived separately. Weeks after the order was placed, one shipment came from China and reeked of rubber tires without any label on the clothing or packaging. For the other shipment, it contained the provided contact information that I listed above. When you call the number there is no voicemail or automated message any different than a generic cell phone number and you cannot even find a phone number on their website. I've been trying to issue a return before the second dress even arrived. I was able to get a response when replying to thei shipment notification from Charmaigne, Team Sonja Customer Service Manager at i*** If you fill out the customer service form from their website, I doubt that it will send, I tried this on multiple devices my smart phone and apple computer.
We received a complaint ID #: ***. The letter is dated October 20th from you and we received last week. The customer initiated a return through our returns portal on the 18th of October - 4 weeks after receiving their goods on September 21st. A full refund was processed by Oct 26th on receipt of their returned goods. The refund was executed before the receipt of your letter and fully credited to the customer by Oct 26th.
We would like to advise you that this customer had been replied promptly, continuously and communicated about our process of refund or exchange as per the company policy. We as a company have a very consumer friendly return policy, any customer wanting to return or exchange anything even beyond allocated 14 days after receiving, we do allow all items to be returned or refunded.
The customer was upset about the delivery time of the product but we had mentioned on the product listing that this item had an additional 3 weeks delivery because of the high demand.
Please advise anything else you need from us.
