Not sure where to start on thisOur “problem” started around the 1st of NovemberWe went into Banners Plus to talk to someone about designing a desert flagWe worked with the gal (***, I presume) and designed oneShe had us come back the next week to see a sample of the flagCame back, and she didn’t have it doneTomorrow, she saidCame back the next day; not doneWe lived out of town, so this was a big inconvenience to usFinally it was done, and we placed the orderI had mentioned I needed them by Christmas; no problem, she saidShe said they would be done around the 10th or 11thI told her we would be in town on the 15th of DecemberWe decided to give her a couple extra days, and did not go into town until the 17thTHEY WERE NOT DONE! AGAIN! They were out being sewnI told her if they were not done by FridayThe 19th, she could cancel the orderThrough all of this, they had our phone number, but never received a callWell, you guessed it, I went in Friday, and her response was SHE canceled the order because they “ruined” them (the person who was to be sewing them)Again, never received a callI’m beginning to wonder if she even finished the order and if she even sent them in to be sewnI should have read the review on Facebook firstThe review was almost exactly like my circumstanceThe customer service was horribleI don’t even know how they are even in businessNow, I’m out the Christmas gifts because of her lack of completing the work
