Hello, I have not received a refund nor have I received a phone call or an email address. I would love to be over with this issue that has been carrying on for the past three months now. This is so unprofessional! You all have both my phone number and email address and no one has tried to reach out to me not once since this conspired. I live the next block over from your bakery.

Dear Revdex.com, [redacted], was contacted and told to come the bakery to collect the refund that we issued to her.  Its been over 3 week since then we have made several attempts to reach out to this customer and to no avail she does not return a phone to confirm that she received the payment. Kindly have her call our office to confirm receipt of payment at [redacted]. Thank you.

For two months now I have been calling Conrad's bakery trying to reach someone to help me. I have been lied to so many times. Not once did anyone ever returned a phone call nor an email. It is truly hilarious and surprising that you would choose the words "handled amicably" after this incident occurred two months ago. I lived right on Eastern Parkway, walking distance from you all. I have called and emailed this bakery numerously for the past two months. A complaint like this should have been dealt with at least the day after the complaint. If you solely feel that this could have been resolved amicably, then maybe you need to fire Denise and Abigail and find some more suitable managers. Not once have they ever tried to help me "a customer." It is my fault for even putting trust into your business. Cutting corners. Instead of going where I usually go, and not being let down; I stuck with a neighborhood bakery only because my sister stated you all were good. Clearly it depends on the location. Your staff is highly rude and I do not mean the employees working the front. Your manager is extremely rude and had no intentions on coming up with a resolution. If that were the case, when I walked out of the store, why not call me? She had me waiting there for an hour for her to print out what I had already emailed her. It is not fair that I had to pay $75 plus another $80 on top of that just to get the result that I want. I know that I will never shop at your place again. All customers should be treated equally no matter what is being purchased in your business. And if this is the quality of customer service that you share, there is no wonder why your bakery gets horrible Google ratings. You [redacted], if this is really you (in which I highly doubt that it is), should be calling me! Not leaving your contact information for I or Revdex.com to call you. After seeing something so small, you should have called me. This is not good ethics at all. It is immoral...even your timing as far as a response is immoral. Revdex.com left you several messages in June and even in July and here we are in August and you decided to reach out, why is that? Just in time to stop yourselves from being rated low by Revdex.com? Look I just want my money back. Denise admitted herself that she was the one who printed out my pictures. Your printer needs ink. Point. Blank. Period. Look at the photo. Compare yours to what I had to buy the next day and you tell me if I am wrong. Your printer needs ink and the filter needs to be cleaned. No photo should come out with blank streaks and faded. I think you really need to read your message sent to Revdex.com. You are right that I did seek assistance from them. It got your attention right? Sadly you waited until close to the deadline to come up with this horribly texted message. All that is needed to be done now is for me to be fully compensated. Two months, preposterous! This is really laughable. If you keep this up, you will have more customers like me. Some people are not going to take things like this lightly. I waited for a response from you all. And I think Denise assumed that when I left that store, that was the end of it. She did not even try to reach out to me. That is extremely poor ethics. Very unsympathetically ignored and brushed off. She actually had the nerve to challenge me as if I were in the wrong. The proof is in the pudding. Look at the photo. Compare your prints to the ones that I had made from your competition. I for one think that there is no competition. I would never get a printed cake from you all after this experience. Look you have my phone number, and even my email address. Just give me a refund of $75. I will never do business with you again and we can go our separate ways otherwise just leave this the way it is and keep your unethically rated review.

 P.S. I filed the complaint with Revdex.com way before I went into the store. I went into the store because no one would call me back. In fact, Denise spoke to me on the phone and claimed she was very busy and that she will call me but never did. You have people there lying. Abigail lied about her being the manager but then later revealed that she wasn't and that some woman by another name would be calling me. I later learned that no one by the name she stated even existed. So your immature staff is who you should be looking for at fault in this situation.
