All food was cold and unacceptable I do not wish to communicate with the restaurant via telephone, as I would develop a profound propensity to launch into a lacerating verbal onslaught laced with expletives that I'm certain they would not appreciateE-mail is the best avenue for all communication The health department really should be notified of the poor practices at this location

Customer came in on 03-Ate, paid his ticket and leftNever said a word to anyoneweek later 03-he responded to a online survey with his complaint and wanted to be contacted(Evidently he had already issued a complaint with the Revdex.com) We contacted him on 03-Attached is the emails that transpiredHe would not call us at all only emailIt was difficult to process a refund when he paid in cashWe do not have checks here so we had to mail him cash

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because it is filled with inaccuracies. They are operating a claims department that ignores their clients. After calls to them over months and one registered letter detailing my complaint of which all were ignored, they finally called me only after receiving the Revdex.com inquiry. The made up a story about how after procedures over a three year period, two in 2017, that they changed the process and added a $co-pay for my procedure for the latest procedure on 7/6/2017. This healthcare company cannot be trusted. Had I know this information by 12-7-I would have certainly changed my medicare supplement policy to anyone of the other healthcare providers, which none of these have co-pays for this particular procedure. When I googled Care n Care I found many complaints about this company not being responsive to callers, so I now understand why they treated me as they did, repeatedly. Their goal is not to resolve complaints/inquiries, but to just ignore them and hope the general population won't find out. Use Care n Care at you're own risk
