my experience with sonnys has been horrific...they sold us a 93 that wouldn't pass inspection..then pawned a 1998 on us that was junk..save your money..please do not deal with these dishonest people..buyer beware..I am dealing with the [redacted] right now about the situation and will continue to fight for my money back at every level of the justice system..

I purchased a [redacted] from this dealer on March 27,2015. I gave a $1000.00 down payment and was given the vehicle to take home with 30 day tags, while I wait for them to get the plates. As of April 30, 2015, I still do not have registration and plates. I have been calling on a regular basis and keep being to,d their working on it. I went down to dealership on April 24, 2015 requesting plates for vehicle because the 30 day tags were expiring soon and was told " We still working on it, there is an issue with the title. They also said they would have it resolved in a couple days. I called on April 29th was told I would get a call back in a couple hours they working on it. I didn't get a call I had to call them back just before closing and was told "they have an answer for me tomorrow. I call today April 30,2015 and ask about plates and what is hold up with title. The owners wife([redacted])who I mainly been dealing with for last couple weeks told me their is a prior lein on vehicle and they trying to work it out. I have been getting the run away and lies long enough and I just want my $1000.00 back. If this vehicle has a prior unresolved lein I will not be able to get registration and plates. This is something Sonny's Auto Center should of been aware of before they had me finance this vehicle. Sonny's Auto Center does have a sign up saying No Refunds on deposit and "As Is No Warranty vehicles, but this matter at hand is on them not me. They put me in a vehicle that they cannot get title to. I deserve my money back and first payment is due on May 10, 2015. Should I make first payment? What rights do I have as far as getting my money back?Desired SettlementI would like a full refund of my money.
