Review: I made an appointment for 6:00 pm on 10/28/15. I waited an hour and they still never gave me answer to how long I'll wait and told me my appt did not matter. They took people that came after me with no appt. I waited two hours to not even get a basic manicure. The guy named [redacted] kept talk bad to me and insulting me. This is not how your run a business. I will never go back ever again.I started crying and walked out.Desired Settlement: I want to be respected and believe I deserve to get the basic manicure for free due to inconvenience. I left my job early
For the appt and they ended up not taking me and I missed out on pay.
