Review: On 11/17/11, I Took In 2 Deerheads To Sonnys TaxIdermist To Have Stuffed/Mounted & Gave A 100.00 Deposit Per Deer. I Was Told They Would Be Completed By The End Of December. In Talking With Sonny JoycE later In December, He Stated He Wouldn't Have It Done & It Would Be Done In March. BetweenThese Dates I Had Given Him More Money TowardThe Balance And Eventually Had Paid For Them In Advance In Full At 325.00 Each For A Total Of 650.00. In March He Then Told Me He Was Behind & It Would Be July. I Expressed He Had Plenty Of Time & I Wanted Them Done As Soon As Possible. On 9/17/13 I Then WentTo Speak With Him & Pick Them Up As Several Other Clients I Referred Had Taken & Gotten There's BacK Much Quicker Than I. The Other Clients Didn't Pay In Advance & Had Been Dropped Off Long After MiNE &Were Completed. I Had Waited Long Enough. I Told him I Wanted My DeerheadS And Money Back. He Told Me I Was Not Getting Any Money Back. I Explained To Him I Wanted Them Completed Or My Money back.I Found Out He Had Not Even Ordered The Forms/Parts To Do Mine. I Have Been More Than Patient & Even Sent Several Referrals/Business His Way & Want What I Paid For OrMy Money & Items Back To Go Elsewhere.I Feel He Spent My Money On Other Parts/Forms To Make Money On Other Orders.Desired Settlement: I Want My Full Refund Or I Would Give Him 30 Days To Complete My Order To My Satisfaction & That It Is Quality Work As He Does For Any Other customer

I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. However, The Work Must Be Of Quality And Satisfactory Work And Done Within The 20 Days (Oct 10) I M Not Positive The Work Can Be Done In This Timeframe As the Forms Had Not Been Ordered. If The Work Is Satisfactory , This Claim Will Be Resolved. If They Aren't Completed Within The 20 Days, Id Want A Full Refund & My Deerheads To Go Elsewhere.
