The entire process was professionalEach person I dealt with treated me with respect and caringI got great instructions on what to do before and after the procedure and always knew there was someone I could talk toI was a bit scared the morning of the procedure, knowing it was only local anesthesia, but with the pmedication and the numbing medication used, I think I slept through most of the surgeryFirst-week results are amazing but I can't wait to see myself in a couple of months

Response: Prior to any of our patients undergoing a procedure we have them review and sign numerous forms and consent agreements that clearly line out what is and isn’t possible with our proceduresThe consent form in particular states that results will vary as this is a surgical procedureThe form also states that patient must participate in a healthy lifestyle post procedure to preserve their resultsIt is also agreed in those signed forms that we do not offer post procedure refunds under any circumstanceIt appears since this post the patient has met with several of our surgeonsThis complaint should be closed as we are actively working with the patient to address her concerns

My experience with Sono Bello has been wonderfulFrom my very first consultation the staff has been honest and supportiveI felt very comfortable going in for the procedureThe nurses and doctors listened to me and answered all of my questions and concernsRecovery was pretty rough the first couple of weeks, but I got through itI was back to running after about three weeks with minimal discomfortI am currently training for the whiskey row half marathon and is going very wellThe procedure has made running more comfortable over allI still have a bit of swelling in my abdominal area, but it gets a little bit better every day

I had a great experience with your company when speaking with Maureen she was great and I felt very confident with her I was not able to do the face lift because I am not a good candidate at this time however if I consider it in the future I will call MaureenI also spoke to Marine regarding the body lipo but when I called her back she seemed to not be interested in speaking to me so for that reason I will not be calling her back

I am rejecting this response because: I understand your argument, to a certain degree and you continue to refer what it is in writing on the contract However, when I actually spoke to your staff and addressed very specific concerns not once was it ever revealed that there was a possibility that the treatment/procedure would not work In fact, I addressed an issue with the bra roll, and wanted to cancel having that performed because other physicians in your practice stated that they had not gotten a good result on the bra roll area I brought this concern up to your staff, and wanted to cancel the procedure in that area, however was assured that I would definitely get results in that area My concern is this, I understand contractual agreements and law I also understand that people do not read fully all the details of a contract What I am un-happy about is that Sonobello never at one time STATED in a verbal conversation between myself, your staff, nurses or physicians that the procedure may not work for some heavier patients for whatever reason Sonobello NEVER stated at any time by your staff, nurses and/or physicians that there was a certain amount of fat that could be aspirated for any given area Sonobello staff, nurses or physicians, never stated or suggested other alternatives for optimum or to maximize results, or even possibly other alternatives What Sonobello did verbalize over and over again, is that I would have the stated results that I was looking for, even when I questioned the contract, the statements in the contract and the statements of actual physicians in your facility, about the possibility of not working, and Sonobello it's staff, physicians, and nurses pretty guaranteed I would be happy with my results In terms of having a follappt I am only available on Saturdays from now until the summer of What exactly is a follgoing to do for me My attached photos speak for themselves Either Sonobello is going do something or not do something to rectify the situation It doesn't take a follappt to determine that!

Upon my arrival for my consultation I was greeted with a professional warm invite to the companyThe entire staff made me feel comfortable and discussed options available that would best suit my needs and also being very professional but the best part was how accommodating they were to my schedule with out of state traveling to the facilityThe entire procedure was painless and very detailed of the post careI very much appreciate all the help from the nurses and the doctor for using their talents to give me hope and fulfillment of my new shape which is not only satisfactory but flattering!

Prior to Sono Bello collecting any money from our patients, they are required to review and sign a very informative and detailed financial agreementThat financial agreement states that in order to book a procedure it requires a non-refundable depositThat notation has a separate initial point that was signedAs well, the agreement has language that allows us to charge the credit card selected at an additional point in the future, if all fees are not paid in full, if the patient elects that to be the case as was in this matterThat paragraph is also separately initialedIn summary, the charges are valid and were authorized by a signed contract and each point of contention in this complaint are contrary to the specific passages the patient signedAs a customer service gesture the deposit was refundedThis complaint should be closed in favor of Sono Bello as all charges were authorized by contract that was signed and acknowledged by the patient

From the moment I had my initial consultation with Marin I felt so at ease and completely informed of the entire processBeing a nurse in a surgical setting I had high standards and I was not dissapointed!! Dawn, my procedure nurse, was so kind and real!! I was not nervous at all and every step of the safe surgery process I am accustomed to was followed to perfection!! DrCase was so professional and had such wonderful bedside mannerI have absolutely nothing negative to report! My follow up nurse Belinda was also so kind and wonderfulMost importantly, I am thrilled with my results so far and can't wait for my new shape to continue to emerge in the coming months!! The reason we use as many forms and contracts as we do is to help minimize confusion and outline contractually what we can and cannot do. Our staff does not make absolute promises as this is a surgical procedure and results vary. Bottom line is that the procedure was performed and a large volume of fat was removed and a positive improvement in appearance was obtained. I am sorry that you are not satisfied. The reason you must be seen for your 6 month appointment is to determine IF anything additionally can be done to help your concerns. Keep in mind though we do not offer post procedure refunds under any circumstance as was agreed in your contracts. If it is determined that expectations are realistic we may be able to offer you an additional de-bulking procedure at a greatly discounted rate as specified in your contracts. To qualify for that you must come to all post-operative appointments and be within 3% of your weight prior to surgery.

Please be advised there are personal pictures attached.I reject the response from Sonobello. The picture taken 01/06/2015 are the results that I received after the allowed time of 6 months. Keep in mind that these photos were taken approximately 9 months post procedure approximately... April 2014. As I stated in previous messages to Sonobello that I was not expecting a miracle, I was expecting at the very least contoured and smooth upper and lower abdominals, as well as erased love handles and bra roll. From the pictures you can plainly see that this is not at all the result. I have bumps, and lumps, of fat, and uneven love handles, and a bra roll that is still existent. I went in twice for follow-ups post procedures with the included concerns and was told to wait the 6 months. It's been 9 months. The last follow-up I did schedule was not convenient for my time, as well as I felt incredibly disheartened with the results and wondered what exactly could Sonobello say to ease my worry and/or correct the issues that I currently have. I was informed that a re-do of liposuction in the same area was not advised. I spent over $6000 for this procedure and the results of the money spent does not at all mirror the results.Please note that I was asked to do 2 separate procedures to optimize fat removal, which I complied with.I am aware that I have a higher BMI, and as I said before I was not expecting a miracle, however I was definitely assured that I would receive major results.It was never communicated by the staff or the physician that there could be a possibility that I would receive no results at all! Are these the types of results that Sonobello would like to advertise, nationwide? Does Sonobello stand behind the attached results? All of your patients prior to undergoing their procedure meet with their physician to learn in detail what is possible and impossible with this procedure and sign an extensive series of forms that provide in detail what is possible and impossible with this procedure including the fact that there are
no guarantees with this procedure as results can and will varyIn this particular case we can insure you all such forms are signedAs well the fact that the patient has stated in their writing that they did in fact see resultsOur records indicate a significant amount of fat was removed. Even though the patient confirms in her writing that she did have results we would be open to having her visit with one of our physicians and would be agreeable to offering an additional procedure to remove more fat if medically warranted at a highly discounted rate as a customer service gesture

We regret that this patient was not satisfied with their experience but we have scheduled a meeting with another Sono Bello physician to evaluate what options might be available

The complaint i'm filing is with the both the local center and the corporate center that is headquater in AZI have
called them numerous times and know one has yet to return my calls, so yes my complaint is with the AZ headquaters as wellI really would like to speak to someone from the corporate side of this company

I saw a commercial for SONOBELLO & made an appointment to see the Dr I instead was directed to a sales lady named Alexa I met with her on a TuesdayShe was SO SWEET & nice & answered all my questions exactly the way she knew I would want them answeredShe wanted me to pay $up front & promised the procedure would be done the following week on Monday
I was told to come back to meet DrRoss L*** S*** the Friday before my procedure on Monday & that HE would be performing my surgeryI was also told I'd have to pay the balance of the procedure which I did!
What he had told me was going to happen was NOT what the commercial OR the sales lady had discussedAll of a sudden it was going to be REALLY PAINFUL for a LONG TIME (not results the next day & achy) & recovery was about weeks(NOT days as the commercial had said)
He told my husband & I exactly what he was going to do & took pics of me in a tiny paper bikini
I brought my medical records even though all they asked for was meds I was on He questioned me thoroughly regarding medical procedures I'd had done & found that since I had been to see a Cardiologist before he wasn't comfortable doing the procedure until it was cleared with my Cardiologist
FINE! I told my Cardiologist about what I was having done & she said all would be fine
After numerous calls on various days they said they were waiting to hear from my Cardiologist however, they had NEVER contacted her?! They said they had, TWICE?!
I had the Cardiologist fax over the consent form to the office in Scottsdale, AZ where SONOBELLO was She also called & got no answer but faxed the papers anyway
This is now a week after my consult & I hadn't heard a word form SONOBELLO once until I called THEM! I called them numerous times since they ALWAYS said they would get back to me but NEVER didI was NEVER rude to any of them but they started to get rude tot me like I was being a pest?!
They insisted they may have to get a hold of my cardiologist again or another Dr& would have to reschedule RED FLAGS EVERYWHERE!! I felt silly for NOT having had checked them out thoroughly before but I did nowand I did NOT LIKE what I was hearing from other patientsALL BAD! I felt SICK thinking I almost let them do a surgical procedure on me!
Since they were never calling me back, I told my husband to dispute the charges on our credit card from SONOBELLO since they said they were Revdex.com accredited but were NOT IN FACT Also, there were ALL negative responses from people that had gone there from all over the country!
I figure I'll hear from THEM when they find out we pulled our money out My thought was IF this is a scam then they won't get paid until after they RE-schedule my app't which I KNOW NOW won't EVER happen!
BE VERY AWARE! CHECK THEM OUT CAREFULLY! Read other comments from people & especially check them out with the Revdex.com....EVEN if they say THEY ARE ACCREDITEDthey may NOT be!!
