any procedure at Sono Bello they must review and sign extensive sets of documents that outlines what is possible and what is impossible with this procedure. In this case all such forms are signed. One in particular the consent agreement states that results will vary, this is a not a treatment for loose skin, recovery and final results take 6 months and patients are required to comply and participate with their post-operative care.  Regarding this case those forms are signed and dated by the complainant. As well there are very specific notations written by the operative surgeon prior to the procedure for [redacted], initialed by her that counter the argument she makes in this complaint. Those notations specifically state the opposite of what this complaint claims. To date we have made numerous attempts to see the complainant in person at her post-operative appointments. She has refused to come in for any of them in contradiction to her agreement to participate in her care and recovery process. Finally, her body is still recovering from the procedure as it has not been 6 months. We cannot assist nor be helpful unless our patients comply with their treatment schedule.
 
I light of the facts, this complaint should be closed in favor of the business.

for our patients and want to insure their safety. We understand the financial agreement you signed states clearly that the booking fee. However due the circumstances and as a customer service gesture our offices have refunded your deposit.
