To whom it may concern:Customer [redacted] account was never closed in as per their statement.Account shows a debit of $owed to Coffee Kinetics dba SonofrescoNotes on the account are asfollows2014:1/29/order placed for 401bs green coffee sent USPS in large flat rate boxes, shipped and delivered-nopayment given to Sonofresco4/10/order placed for 401bs green coffee sent USPS in large flat rate boxes, shipped and delivered-nopayment given to Sonofresco4/14/notes on account by [redacted] ***" [redacted] called to advise card not able to run until Friday 4/18/14, he hopes to pay by Wednesday 16th 2014will call back to run for all back invoices."-acknowledgment of open invoices on 4/14/145/14/14- no payment received as stated on 4/14/14, sent email reminder for payment as promised onall open invoices.-email goes unanswered5/30/email from [redacted] to Anna J [redacted] states he is to pay some past due open invoices week of 6/2/14.-2"d acknowledgment of open invoice on 5/30/146/2/14-no payment is received by sonofresco or contact from [redacted] or any one at [redacted] .Last payment to be received on [redacted] account by Sonofresco is 12/23/for aroast chamber that was ordered and shipped via UPS.Sonofresco has made several attempts to work with this customer in trying pay is debit owed.Dates of invoice and statements of open past due invoices were sent via email:10/22/invoice [redacted] -unanswered by [redacted] 10/22/invoice [redacted] - unanswered by [redacted] 12/05/Statement- unanswered by [redacted] 12/28/Statement- unanswered by [redacted] Sonofresco acknowledges that invoice [redacted] USPS did lose a 201b box of green coffee, sonofresco fileda lost claim with the United States Postal Service to find or get claim paidSonofresco sent areplacement box in good faith to serve our customers as we always doHowever this order wasn't paidin full by [redacted] , the total bill was total payment received by Sonofrescowas $Their claim that lost boxes were paid for was un-true.This debit is [redacted] obligation and we are open to conversation to resolve thisdebit with themAs you can see by our notes in the timeline they have not been in communication withSonofresco to resolve or negotiate this since 2013.Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.Anna J***Sonofresco Profile [redacted] Office Manager360-757-
