I have received your compliant with our community Sonoma Village Apartments and I do apologize if you do not agree with the charges on your accountI will be more then happy to break down the Final Account StatementFirst I would like to address the pest issue, I have viewed the Pest control logs
for unit before you moved inThe pest logs show the unit was pest free prior to the move inI am showing we received a request for pest control for bed bugs inside your unit in March of Your first treatment was on 3/18/2010, since this is months after your move in date it is likely you brought the bed bugs inside the unitThe pest control logs show your unit was treated at least twice a month until your move out datenow to break down the charges, You skipped out on March 4th of so you are responsible for Marches rent which was $with late fees of $We had to clean the carpets which was a $chargewe had to clean the unit after you vacated leaving you with a $General Cleaning ChargeWe charged back your renewal concession since per your lease you must complete you lease in order to keep the concessionThe final Charge was the Lease break Buy-out Fee, per your lease if you fail to complete your lease term you will be charged $Since you renewed your lease for year I do believe you were happy with our communityI understand you had the pest issue but our records show we were doing everything in our power to rid of the problemAt this time we will not be waiving the lease break buy out fees or any of the turn over charges *** ***Sonoma Village Apartments Property Manager

This apartment complex is managed poorlyThey are almost never open during the posted hoursThey claim a safe gated community and for almost months the gate was brokenThey were not available for the move out walk through after multiple attempts then charged for items that were not broken or dirty They claimed they never got any messages even though multiple where left they claimed to have contacted us by mail but put us strait into collectionsI was only the co-signer but witnessed the poor management and forgery of signature on move out They will be taken to court

I will be more then happy to break down the Final Account Statement. First I would like to address the pest issue, I have viewed the Pest control logs...

for unit 20 before you moved in. The pest logs show the unit was pest free prior to the move in. I am showing we received a request for pest control for bed bugs inside your unit in March of 2010. Your first treatment was on 3/18/2010, since this is 6 months after your move in date it is likely you brought the bed bugs inside the unit. The pest control logs show your unit was treated at least twice a month until your move out date. now to break down the charges, You skipped out on March 4th of 2011 so you are responsible for Marches rent which was $670.53 with late fees of $25.00. We had to clean the carpets which was a $166.50 charge. we had to clean the unit after you vacated leaving you with a $90.00 General Cleaning Charge. We charged back your renewal concession since per your lease you must complete you lease in order to keep the concession. The final Charge was the Lease break Buy-out Fee, per your lease if you fail to complete your lease term you will be charged $1318.00. Since you renewed your lease for 1 year I do believe you were happy with our community. I understand you had the pest issue but our records show we were doing everything in our power to rid of the problem. Anytime I went to go visit a friend of mine there, there were always people screaming at each other, there were multiple times I walked by apartments and they smelled like drugs and when I let management know, they refused to look into it. I saw one person who was living with his friend guaranteed by an officer of the law the night before that he had to have an eviction notice from the landlord and his friend to leave, but was forced out the next day because he was considered a threat. Management will not work with anyone unless it's getting rid of someone. This place needs a new manager.
