Review: I continue to receive a monthly statement from your bookkeeper that reports a previous balance. There is no previous balance. This is incorrect and fraudulent. I have attempted to correct this statement with the bookkeeper in the past - to no avail. Every month your intentions are collecting money from me that is not due. You are attempting to embezzle money from me. This is a crime and the incorrect monthly statements are continued harassment. This continued practice is affecting my state of health, as it is abusive on a monthly basis.Your billing is incorrect and an attempt to embezzle & abuse me.You are also billing/embezzling/abusing the other 60-70 tenants here in a similar fashion. It is making everyone angry on a monthly basis. This is abusive. Primarily 60% of tenants here in the park are elderly. This is elder abuse. Primarily 80% of tenants here in the park are disabled. This is abuse of the handicapped. You are facing strong penalties for continued falsification of the bills.Desired Settlement: Stop attempting to embezzle me and other tenants in the park. Stop abusing me and other tenants in the park by submitting falsified bills. Please correct this by having your bookkeeper adjust my monthly statement/billing to reflect the truth. I owe no previous balance(s). Or, I suggest you hire a bookkeeper that knows what she is doing. One that can reflect all charges paid or unpaid, can carry a balance onto the next monthly statement, and one that will correspond to written complaints.
