IMMEDIATELY - DO NOT DELAY"The card was returned to you
on December 19, with instructions to remove this address from your
mailing listsThe request was ignored.The next was an "IMPORTANT -FOR NEW YORK CITIZENS BENEFITS UPDATE" which was "DESIGNED FOR ALL NEW YORK CITIZENS"The latest was a "REQUEST FOR INFORMATION" "Message Medicare Health Plans Update" warning that, "You might be missing out on what you are entitled to receive."Any further mailings received at the address below from you or your clients will constitute harassment.*** *** *** ***
Our IT Manager has just told me that [redacted] has been added to our internal do-not-mail file. He should receive no more mail from MS Power Mail. We do not sell data, so that is not an issue. Nor do we own any names or have...
our own mailing list(s). Instead, we rent names from one of the 5 major list compilers. Mr. [redacted] should re-sign with the Direct Mail Association do-not-mail file just in case the file has changed and he is no longer included. If he is still getting junk mail (not from MS Power Mail), his next recourse is to contact each of the major list compilers, and request that his name be removed from their databases.
