Review: MUST READ BEFORE GOING.

We drove 1 hour to come to this dealership.

Let me start of by saying [redacted] helped us out so much and thank you for his time!

Now on the other hand financial manager [redacted], he was rude and unprofessional. [redacted] is the reason why Subuaru LOST a sale/customer. I WILL NEVER recommend anyone to go there.

We were in the process of buying Audi Q5.

[redacted] helped us out as much as possible and forward our information to [redacted] and had him review all our info. Took [redacted] about 1 hour and a half and still did not come out to say it will be a few I'm still working on it. Nor did he call us in the office.

Later [redacted] came to tell us what [redacted] had said (in this process why didn't [redacted] for himself come and tell us? Yeah I don't know either) that the banks wanted $10,000 as a down. Umm.... Yeah I've had 3 cars that I've financed and not once was a I asked for a down-payment. (Including a Mercedes, no down necessary) so we left.

I THINK IT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FOR HIM TO NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE US.

Then 30 mins later I received a call, surprisingly by [redacted], [redacted] stated there was "good news, there was a bank that responded and asking $5,000 down with 5.9% interest" yeah 5.9%.

Now [redacted], why on earth would I put 5k down with 5.9% interest???

My car I have now I put 0 down with 2.9% interest and LOW monthly payments.

You know what [redacted] told me. It had to do with me making below minimum wage. Hmm really? How are you one to tell a person what they make is below or average? He has no right or authority to do so. That was the first time I've ever been told that. And fyi full time is between 30-40 hours [redacted].

Then he stated he'd love to have our business. Yeah I would never do buisness there! EVER!

& there was no issue at all for us to put down the 5k down, but after the way [redacted] treated us, we decided to take our business elsewhere.

Also, on the Audi Q5, it says "Service needed"

Review: When I took my 2001 Subaru Outback to have the oil changed at Sonora Subaru's service department the oil was changed. Then I was presented with a list of two items that needed to be repaired. The right front wheel bearing needed replacing at $528.00. Two bearings on the rear suspension needed replacing for $658.00. So I needed about $1186.00. I decided to think about it on my drive home and passed an independent repair shop near my house. I stopped. I explained the possible problems. He said he would look at the wheel bearing but it would probably cost about $250.00 with a 10% chance that he would have to order an additional part for $75.00.I got a phone call the next day saying that he had checked my car thoroughly and he could find nothing wrong with my car's entire suspension nor its four wheel bearings.Desired Settlement: This independent mechanic saved me $1186.00.I would like the public to know that the service department at Sonora Subaru is now in the business of cheating their customers. I know that this is a new thing as I was there two years ago and there was a different service desk person and I found him to be completely honest. Maybe this is why is left to work for another agency.
