We had spoken with Davis several times before he had dropped off his Dodge pickup over the details of installing the master cylinder & power booster to his vehicleWe had explained that this is a custom job and would take a longer turn around time than most jobs, [redacted] said that was okay with that, he had another vehicle to drive in the meantimeWe had recommended upon our first inspection and tear down that [redacted] also replace his front brake calipers & Rear Brake drums, but he had declined saying that they he had bought these new years ago and wanted to use those, not purchase new one from usAfter our work completion of his vehicle he test drove it the day before he picked it up his vehicle on his trailer, and never mentioned to us any issues at that timeWe didn't hear of any issues until two weeks later he had come back saying they were grabbing, we had told him we can take a look at it to come back in and drop it off [redacted] had came to our shop and said he wouldn't be able to to drop it off he had an appointment the day he was suppose to drop off with usWe have not heard back from [redacted] since thenWe have no problem re-inspecting his vehicle, as to any work we have done and parts we replaced, but we do believe the issue is with the brake calipers now, the parts he had wanted to use have been sitting for long, they really need to be replaced as we had talked about when he had first dropped off his vehicle in order for his vehicle to brake correctly and safely
