longer warranty the shingles due to the extreme weather conditions in valley this past Monsoon season. The governor [redacted] even had to declare a State of Emergency.

Review: In 2010 we had a real bad hail storm and my roof was damaged. I hired Sonoran Peak Construction and Roofing to replace my roof. I was given a 5 year warranty on the work and the shingles had a 30 year warranty. The roof was completed in January 2011. We had a rain storm in November 2013 and the roof leaked. I called the company and left several messages but no one has bothered to return my call. The roof is only 2 years old and it should not be leaking.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to come and make the repairs per their agreement for free.

Review: Sonoran roofing company installed a new roof on my home in 2011 and used 1/2 inch nails on the over hangs of my home, the nails barley penitrated the plywood and a storm came through and the wind blew sections of my roof off. I called the city of Glendale and I was told that those nails were not code. I called Sonoran roofing and I was told : I will come out to your home and I will put 1 1/4 inch nails in and I will blow them right thru your roof but you will sign off on it first. I said there is a big difference between 1/2 inch and 1 1/4 inch how about 3/4 or 1 inch nails and I was told no it will be 1 1/4 inch and I will blow them right thru your roof. I told him I was going to contact the Revdex.com and he said go ahead. My insurance adjuster said my whole roof would have to be done over because you can't just go and add longer nails, and my insurance co. will only insure the damage that was done. My adjuster said I would have go after the company who did my roof, but Sonoran Roofing will not take responsibilty for thier error in nail choice. Now I have a roof that will be compromized in all windy storms. Also the shingles that blew off my roof scratched the passenger side of my 2013 car that was in my driveway . This roof is suppost to be a 30 year roof, not a 3 year roof. I have a $1000.00 detuctable to be paid on my roof and a $1000.00 deductable on my car. When I pay to have my roof fixed the same thing could happen to me over and over again because of the 1/2 nails that look like thumb tacks. Please help!Desired Settlement: I paid to have a 30 year roof and expect it to last near 30 years.

They fixed the leaky roof over my office and did exactly what they were supposed to do. They did a great job and we would hire them again!
