If you like bugs in your sealed bag of peppers then their peppers are for you. We purchased a sealed bag of peppers a few weeks before our meeting with investors. Starting reading the package and saw quite a few bugs crawling in the bag. This after these peppers were to go into a hot sauce. To get to the meeting, we had to pay for a flight. Hotel, and rental car. Not to mention buy regular peppers they sell in the store. It was a disaster. No money from investors and weeks later the representative calls back from Sonoran Spice Company and says I can get you another product. "I want to make this right, what can I do" I was out hundreds of dollars, the only way to make that right is to help with those expenses that I incurred. I spent nearly $1,500 on this trip and products for the trip. Asking how to make it right, I said $500 would make it right. He said that he couldn't do that and I said what does 'make it right, mean? He said another product, then said $50. I said do you understand you made me lose investors and money. I told him then $100 and he said "No". I told him no thanks. He then said you are extorting me but he is the one who said how can I make it right. Heck making is right is me getting my wasted $1,500 back. Though, I only asked for part of that back. I have two routes that I can choose. Call a Lawyer for them selling tainted products and me losing money, engage the FDA/Consumer Affairs, and/or continue as I had prior to him calling, to post reviews about my experience. I believe the only reason he called is because I had been posting reviews on the net and have said that I will be adding the video of the bugs crawling around. He all of a sudden wants to call after I post those. Customer service is making it right. They sold a tainted product that I was using to sell hot sauce. The bag is still sealed and oddly enough these little bigs are still crawling in there. He said a bug could have laid an egg and they hatched in the bag. This while I was in a grocery store. Talking about disgusting. To support my statement, Amazon can see in my order history, bottles for hot sauce, a book, and other items to make it. Everything was to be freshly made the night before the flight. I am just appalled at this company. Further to consumers beware that they clearly may have a bug problem.
