Booked a room at the Sonoran Suites Canterra through *** in January, with April arrival datesThe hotel advertises as having "FREE CANCELLATION" with all capital letters, in a green font, and with a checkmark on ***The cancellation policy was one of my primary reasons for bookingI tried canceling the reservation just hours after making it and the hotel would not refund my money, trying to charge me a cancellation penalty! Don't fall victim to this hotel companies ADVERTISING tacticsThey will lie to get you to book and then will not refund your money! Beware!

I am writing in response to the Revdex.com complaint submitted by [redacted].  Mr. [redacted] submitted an inquiry through [redacted] ([redacted]...

[redacted]) on 4/4/14 @ 9:17AM.  He was inquiring about renting our property.  At 12:03PM on 4/4/14, we responded to his request with pricing and the PHYSICAL ADDRESS of the property.  I have attached a few copies of the e-mail communication and as you can see, Mr. [redacted] had our property address in front of him within 3 hours of his inquiry.  Mr. [redacted] is claiming he was unaware of where our property was located and is requesting a partial refund because the location was not where we said it was.  This is obviously not a true statement and there should have been no reason he was unaware of the location.  Additionally, we sent Mr. [redacted] his unit info prior to his arrival and it again clearly states our physical address.  There was actually a total of 4 instances where Mr. [redacted] had our address right in front of him.I have also attached a copy of the signed guest policies that states there are no refunds for early departures.  He agreed to the policies and sent them to us without hesitation.  Based on the above information, Mr. [redacted] will not be refunded any portion of his stay.  Thank you,[redacted]ManagerSonoran Suites
