Buyer Beware!
Bait and Switch - The salesman was nice but the owner and builder of the company is extremely hard to work with. He understood that when we signed the contract and gave our deposit that we were dealing with an HOA but after repeated requests from our designer and ourselves, he refused to provide the documents needed to submit our plans to the HOA. Needless to say, we couldn't submit the the spa plans with our HOA document, so we decided to cancel the contract and requested our deposit back. THE OWNER REFUSED TO GIVE BACK OUR DEPOSIT! He had not started any work on the project or anything. We are obtaining advice from a small claims attorney and will see what happens. But our experience has been a nightmare!

Attached is the warranty and terms of our contract. I have spoke with this client a few times and I have explained to them that the settling of their decking is not covered under the warranty. The Joint between the decking and the tile has separated due to the settling of the deck (NOT COVERED UNDER...

THE WARRANTY). But I have also said that I usually do a one time grout caulk on this joint at no charge. The other items on their complaint are all service items that are the responsibility of the pool owner such as UV servicing and pool draining. I have not had time to schedule the grout caulk service that I will do for free even though it is not part of the warranty seeing it is a natural occurrence from deck movement.
