Dear [redacted],
I am attaching photo documentation of the damaged walls along with the emails sent to [redacted] from my Assistant Manager [redacted].
The receipt provided by [redacted] from [redacted] was researched and confirmed by a [redacted] employee as
a non primer product used on the walls.
[redacted] was charged our cost from an outside vendor to repair and paint the walls.
I have also attached the invoice from [redacted] documenting our cost.

I am sorry but, we cannot take the paint charges off. If you look at the attached picture of your bedroom you can see a sheen on the walls. These still had to be sanded down, primered, and repainted. I had our painters come back and look at the walls and they said that the only primer that would have a sheen to it like the one applied on your walls was if you used a paint and primer combo. We also had someone from [redacted] tell us that this was not primer. I called [redacted] and asked them if they sale a semi gloss primer and they said they did not. I did verify that [redacted] primer is a grey flat color after it is applied. Again, they said the only primer that would show as a semi gloss would be a paint and primer combo. We use a flat paint in the bedroom and flat paint cracks when applied to a surface that was previously painted with a semi gloss.
