Dear [redacted], I understand your concerns regarding the back gate. We are currently in the process of trying to replace the gate system that was added by the prior management company. The gate that is located in the back of the community was only meant to be an exit gate and not an entrance gate....
When the original system was added to make it an entrance gate it was done strictly by wireless communication. The system is now aged and continues to not hold data the way it was intended to. The only way to resolve this issue is to install a phone line in the back of the community which has shown to be a challenge with the phone company. With the resent storm that took place it has once again removed all community remotes and we are waiting on yet another upload to try and recover what was lost. The community provides a total of two entrances and three exits to the community. Regarding the community upholding the lease we have not neglected to do so due to the additional community entrances and exits that are provided. I assure you that we are working to resolve the issue however due to the age of the system and additional vendors required to assist in resolving the issue it is taking longer then anticipated.
