Absolutely furiousFiled a warranty for a controller months agoUltimately got into an argument with the customer service repI told him I do not live in Alabama any moreHe insisted that the address on the service request is not where they'll send itGot mad and hung upPut it off for a few monthsContacting customer service again to set up the warranty claimTold them my address and they sent me an email with the service request with the SAME Alabama addressI called them back asking to update the address, (which is already set up to my psn account WHICH for some stupid reason they repeatedly ask me everytime the call) and they sent me an email with the service request with an address thats in a city hour away from meI called them to revise it and they told me they wouldAnd they did notGot angry, edited the email myself and sent in the right address with my packageLo and be holddays ago I got a tracking numberI checked it and guess where its goingTo the city hr away! I called them the same day before the package got processedThey told me I can call fedex and change the addressI told the rep that I already tried and it didnt workShe insisted constantly that I do thatGuess what? YeaSo I called again todayThe rep today told me "of courseThat woulf never work"Is Sony having fun making a fool out of their customers? Is Sony going to compensate me for the time I have lost from not having a controller? My PS plus clock is tickingThey are now telling me that the controller will be shipped back to their service center and then reshipped out taking an additional weeksSony has horrible horrible customer serviceNice, friendly phone centers customer service does not makeGetting customers issues solved on time and correctly is customer serviceEvery single time Ive called its some nice, chipper happy go lucky robot that picks up bumbling around with no knowledge or experience

I have a PlayStation account in which I set the automatic pay to no. When this happen the first time, I contacted PlayStation Network and told them about this issue and the promised to fix it. Since then it had happened twice and just yesterday which put my account into the negative. It is very difficult contacting them. I would like my money back for the last two unauthorized transactions that was made on my banking account.

Absolutely furious. Filed a warranty for a controller 6 months ago. Ultimately got into an argument with the customer service rep. I told him I do not live in Alabama any more. He insisted that the address on the service request is not where they'll send it. Got mad and hung up. Put it off for a few months. Contacting customer service again to set up the warranty claim. Told them my address and they sent me an email with the service request with the SAME Alabama address. I called them to revise it and they told me they would. And they did not. Got angry, edited the email myself and sent in the right address with my package. Lo and be hold. 2 days ago I got a tracking number. I checked it and guess where its going. To the city 1 hr away! I called them the same day before the package got processed. They told me I can call fedex and change the address. I told the rep that I already tried and it didnt work. She insisted constantly that I do that. Guess what? Yea. So I called again today. The rep today told me "of course. That woulf never work". Is Sony having fun making a fool out of their customers? Is Sony going to compensate me for the time I have lost from not having a controller? My PS plus clock is ticking.
