I purchased a Sony PS4 and have had issues with the system ejecting the game disk while I play. I have called twice to resolve the issue with customer service and have been hung up on twice. So rather than waist my time with the service folks I am here filing a complaint. Next time I'll buy American at least Microsoft recognized that they had issues with the xbox and honored their warranty.
