Sonya Bee's Boutique

I ordered my birthday dress from them that was suppose to arrive days before my birthday. The label was created the day after my purchase. It took almost 5 days to ship my item. I work for USPS so I knew exactly where my package was at, and it wasn’t at no postal facility. I emailed, called and got no response. Then magically at 0832 the next morning it arrived at a postal facility. I wasted $138 on a dress and false shipping price. And of course you can’t get a refund on the item if you no longer want it. The policy’s they create are dedicated to piss poor a** customer service and business management. I would not recommend nor will I ever order from them again.

I have dealt with Sonya Bee's on multiple occasions and yet to have any problems with my purchases. I have purchased multiple items, and even returned a few with no issues. I receive response emails in a timely manner and its always vey pleasant. My actual items have so far been exactly as viewed online. I would and have recommended this Boutique to my friends and Family.
