To whom it may concern,Complaint ID ***I was not sent a copy of the complaint by you and am not sure if you have an email on file for my company because I have not yet had the chance to fill out the form that you sent me regarding my company informationHowever, I have an idea of who has filed
this complaint with you as she is the only person that we have had an issue with since we opened two and a half years agoThis girl *** *** has been a client of one of my stylist's Michelle for quite some timeShe has even referred other people to her because she was so impressed with her workOn that particular day she came in and asked for a total transformationShe wanted to take her hair from a dark red color to dimensional blonde with hi lites and low llites, and she even brought a picture to show what she wanted ( pictures of what she wanted and the before and after are attached)I know that you are not hair experts at the Revdex.com but let me tell you, it is nor easy to get red out of hair once it has been put inSpecially when it is permanent dye! Michelle advised *** that it would not be easy and that it may take a couple of appointments to get it to the really light blonde that she wanted*** seemed to understandThey proceeded to attempt the color, and after hours of work and using a ton of bleach and toner on her hair Michelle was able to lift her to a really nice color, which *** was happy with when she leftAs a matter of fact she was so happy that she tipped Michelle $for her workNow I don't know what happened when she went homeWhether some one said something to her to influence the way she felt about it or she looked at it in bad lighting in her bathroom, I dont knowBut the pictures we take at the salon after were finished with a color are always taken outside because daylight is the truest light you can get and it does not add any extra tones to the hairThe pictures attached were taken right outside the salon after the service was doneThree days after the service *** began calling Michelle and telling her that she hates her hair and she feels that it is orangeMichelle said that she would be happy to fix it for her and put another toner on it to break any kind of warmth that may be thereas we mentioned before, warmth will always remain on the first time of lifting a red out of hair*** took a really strange position saying that she no longer trusts Michelle and that she wants to go to a different salon to get it fixedShe wants her money back! Now, in the first place, after spending hours on some ones hair and using a lot of product that Michelle herself had to buy, Michelle should have charged her a lot more than what she did in my personal opinion, but she was doing her a favor because she is a long time client and has given her so many referralsMichelle called me crying because obviously she did her best and didnt want to take such a big loss so I told her to have the girl call meWhen she did,, I offered her a solution to come back and we would tone it for her again and she began to argue with me about it telling me that why would a second toner work if it didnt work the first time! Well , that is up to me as a professional to figure out ! Ive been doing hair for almost years and I am confident that we can come up with a solution togetherAlso I let her know in case she was not aware that Michelle actually gave her a huge break on the price and that if it had been me doing it she would have paid me a lot more for such a complicated and extensive serviceShe thought this was very rude and said that she wuld report us to the Revdex.comAnd that is what she did after bashing us on every social media sight you can possibly imagineWe wanted to work with her but it seems to me that all she wanted was to get something for nothingPictures are attached , you can be the judge

I am rejecting this response because:
a business should not work like this. Michelle never told me that my hair would take a couple appointments. she promised the color would come out how I wanted. had I known my hair would have turned orange I would have NEVER had my hair done here. cutting hair yeah she's done. but color she doesn't do great. my hair isn't what I wanted. I asked for blond not orange. my hair was completely ruined. I tipped because of the nice person I am. not be ause of the job she does. if it was how I wanted it I would have tipped so much more. and your saying that Michelle had to pay for SALON SUPPLIES OUTTA POCKET?? I've never heard of something like that... so I don't believe that for a minute. it was offered to be redone but with the way I was spoken to I felt so disrespected and I would never step foot into that business again. nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. the staff and management is just horrible. no one should ever feel so disrespected going into a business.
