July 31st I ordered an in-home massageThe therapist spilled oil on my couch and I called customer service same day to seek resolutionIt has now been nearly a month of going back and forth with various representatives I am finally directly in touch with a director by the name of *** *** who is only offering a fraction of what it will cost to replace my set and make it whole againIt is unacceptable to me that because of their therapist's actions that I should be penalized hundreds of dollars to replace my own furniture that they have ruinedThis resolution is what they came to after nearly a month of me calling and emailing and being passed *** customer service rep to customer service repThe stress and anxiety they have put me through on this matter has been a nightmare and I want to be made whole again
