Hello,When consumer came into the business the stylist thought/assumed it was thought she was receiving a Brazilian Keratin ($400) treatment , so she received the treatment and inquired about the free haircut the business stylist stated that the haircut didn't come with it. So the consumer paid for...
the haircut on sale for ($40). So once she received the haircut and approached the counter she showed the [redacted] information which was for $49 deep conditioning treatment which did have a free haircut, consumer did not show the [redacted] information up front so the stylist explained that she received a service that was much more expensive. Consumer was not happy and left the salon called the boyfriend and her boyfriend called the stylist threatening. the stylist explained what happened but boyfriend wouldn't have it so stylist agreed to give the refund once boyfriend came to the business. Boyfriend man showed up at the salon with his friend driving him to the salon and waiting for him in the car. Boyfriend collected the refund of $40. with two stylists presents and received an apology from the stylist. [redacted] only sells deals that are 50% or more off AND pays 46% of profit to the salons. For example if Deep condition treatment was $100. regular price, it was offered for $49. and out of that ONLY $23. goes to the salon (For wash, deep conditioning, haircut, blow dry and style) as you can see for the time and all the effort $23 is a TOTAL loss any way but that was the price we were willing to pay just to attract a "good" client, but by consumer not showing the deal on the phone when she came in at the beginning we have lost a great deal. This consumer received a $400. service + $40. haircut (Didn't even tip) all for $23. and created all these problems! I have never seen or heard of such a consumer who would do all of that and still complained to Revdex.com. Unfortunately our young people are to "right conscious" rather than being "conscious what is right". Thanks for your time.Faramand
