They have horrible hygiene practices. Dip nails came off or cracked 7 days after service. Did not have time to get back after a week so called on day 9 to get fixed they said I was to harsh on my nails that should last 2-4 weeks.
Ashley called on the 11th day after her service was done and said 2 of her dip powder nails cracked and 2 peeled off. She said if we will fix it for free then she will come in if not, she will not. She then posted on Facebook about we are not fix it for free after 9 days. I explained to her that we only guaranty for 1 week. She then submitted another negative comment on Google Review about the same thing which I explained to her again. This is exactly what I told her on Google Review and every can see it: Hi Ashley, as previously informed in your Facebook complaint, we guaranty our products for up to 7 days on chip or peel off but not broken nail. Also, our dip normally last 2-4 weeks but it is depend on your daily activities. Certain household products can cause the powder to be brittle. You came in on Saturday December 8 and you called in last night on December 19th. Regardless, our apology.
I am not sure what else I can tell her.
