I was amazed that a business would send an item out in that AWFUL conditionI suggest that Sophia's Beauty do some in house research and find out WHO in their facility packed my orderThen that person should be instructed that when they come across inventory that is in that AWFUL condition, do not send it to a customer Further, they sent the WRONG ITEM, this item was not even close to what I originally orderedOnly the brand name Shiseido was correctAND After they have the AUDACITY to send out an item in HORRIBLE condition, AND top it off with the fact that it's the WRONG ITEM, they have the NERVE to INSULT me by refusing to refund my moneyI had to complain to the Revdex.com, [redacted] and Amazon Payments before Sophia's Beauty wrote this INACCURATE and PATHETIC response to the Revdex.com and finally issued a credit to my [redacted] I'll never deal with them againNow that that's all off my chest, I do thank you Revdex.com! I truly appreciate your help with getting my money back from this businessI am so grateful for your establishment! Thank You Revdex.com, Thank You!!!
