There are three transactions in question May 29, 2018; June 23, 2018; and an undated invoice in July of Perham Dock and Lift has not installed the materials purchased in any of the three transactions I have zero confidence in the actually doing the work that has been agreed upon and want a refund They have had ample time to correct the issues Here is what is owed with approximate values plus applicable taxes May 29, Transaction: The Price Difference in a pound lift and a pound lift ~ $ The Price of pair of Legs with Screw Jacks ~ $ The Price of pair of Wheels with Screw jacks ~ $ The Price of feet of Dock ~ $ June Transaction: The Price of a Fabric Canopy for lift bought on consignment: ~ $ July Transaction: The Price of step ladder ~ $

I have never - let me stress this, NEVER - had such a poor experience in ordering and receiving any product such as my family did with Sophia's Kids FurnitureWe were initially given a 3-week window for the delivery of our kids’ furnitureAfter weeks and no delivery or update, we called for an estimate on deliveryThey said they would call back and let us knowAfter days of waiting for a call back, we called them back and they said again, "we'll call you back." After another days of waiting, we called back againThis time they said delivery would be in a couple weeksCrazy, but okAfter another two weeks and no furniture, we called againSame deal of "we'll call you back" and never calling backWe had to call and call again and again
Finally, after over weeks, we did receive our two high-loft Maxtrix bedsWe paid additional cost to have the beds put together by their peopleAs the guys were putting the beds together, they noted they didn't have the lower braces that supported the beds so the lofts would be safeOnly the boltsThey said the braces were "never ordered." However, if you look at the options in the order guide (and the actual order itself) for these beds and any conversion kits, there doesn't exist an option to not order without the bracesWhich makes good sense being you wouldn't want a high-loft bed that wobbles and could easily tip over and crush someoneThe guys putting the beds together agreed
So, we called Sophia's againAnd again and againThey say they have ordered the support braces for both beds, but we're still waitingWho knows when or if we'll receive them, but one thing is for sure: this is the single worst customer experience we've ever hadThe total lack of professionalism, follow through and communication is unprecedentedAt one point we wondered if they simply were using our $for other purposes and then would put in the actual order for the furniture when they paid off other debt - playing "the float" with our moneyWho knows, but this place is terrible and I ponder how they're still in business

Let the buyer bewareWe went into the store to buy a Trundel bed (my mother-in-law wanted to move in with us) We found a bed we liked and paid by checkedAs we were paying we were informed in would be two week before the bed could be in since the warehouse was in California The orders are not shipped until they have a full truckThis was a 5:in the eveningNot excited but I would work with itMy mother in law decided that she did not want to moveSo I contacted store at 09:the next morningI was advised manager would call me back in the afternoonReceived a call back by sales rep ***He stated he could not cancel the order since he had already faxed the order to the California warehouseNow the order had not shipped nor would be shipped for another one to two week, yet they will not cancel the orderI even stated I understand if they have wait for the check to clear and refundThat did not matter once they have your money NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES Caveat Emptor
