I know the client says that the product was sent back in good condition but unfortunately, according to the notes, when the package was opened the product was in poor condition and not in a condition that could be resold. To maintain customer good will we have issued refund of 19.49 on March 18. I am returning it in the same condition it was sent. Yes, I received it just like this. 
The box looks old and worn out.
But the product is untouched. 
As a matter of fact, I'll even package it better than you guys did...
I'm adding four more layers of bubble wrap than you guys had when it was sent to me.
I NEVER told them that it was being returned in good condition. 
How can I return something in good condition when I received it in HORRIBLE condition?
I even told them I received it in HORRIBLE CONDITION when I requested a return label.
I also added that I was going to return it to them packed better than they had packed it when they sent it to me!
I was amazed that a business would send an item out in that AWFUL condition.
I suggest that Sophia's Beauty do some in house research and find out WHO in their facility packed my order.
Then that person should be instructed that when they come across inventory that is in that AWFUL condition, do not send it to a customer. 
Further, they sent the WRONG ITEM, this item was not even close to what I originally ordered.
Only the brand name Shiseido was correct.
AND
After they have the AUDACITY to send out an item in HORRIBLE condition, 
AND top it off with the fact that it's the WRONG ITEM, 
they have the NERVE to INSULT me by refusing to refund my money.
I had to complain to the Revdex.com, [redacted] and Amazon Payments before Sophia's Beauty wrote this INACCURATE and PATHETIC response to the Revdex.com and finally issued a credit to my [redacted].
I'll never deal with them again.
Now that that's all off my chest, I do thank you Revdex.com! 
I truly appreciate your help with getting my money back from this business.
