They never sent a confirmation email about the purchase their website states that it would be delivered within 5 to 7 business days still waiting
I purchased from this website based on reviews on *** and other online services their website states that standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days I purchased this on the Sunday so it should be been picked on a Monday I never got a confirmation email they took the payment out of my bank same day Sunday night I emailed them on Tuesday they sent me the tracking number the tracking still states that the shipping label was created awaiting pick up from *** it's now been a week since that email from their tracking number and still you USPS still states the same thing shipping label was created *** awaiting ***"
Due to the fact that they took the money Sunday night and it's been way over a week I want my dresses and a partial refund this is ridiculous their website states five- seven business days. Their website States an email confirmation will be sent to your email address with the tracking number I've never got any of this information I had to email them about my order because I didn't get a confirmation email but they went ahead and took the money out of my bank account I want to dresses and I want a partial refund because this is ridiculous I bought based off of their information provided on their services
