06/16/[redacted] came into the store a couple of weeks prior to her compliant, mentioning to me thatsome of her items were not matched together She also understood it wasn't up to her howwe put items out and price themI told her in the future if she points them out to me I wouldbe happy to do that as I prefer and do my best to try to figure that out when they hand youbags of stuffShe NEVER asked if she could match up her stuff, of course I would have lether!!! Why wouldn't I! It was such a small amount compared to everything else that wasbrought in including toysThen she spoke of wanting her stuff because she wanted to have agarage sale I couldn't believe what I was hearing So I told her that she could take thethings that were here the longestThat wasn't good enough She continued to complainand make excuses to why she wanted her items back I again, couldn't believe what I waslistening to I told her to go ahead and collect all her things that she was never to consignhere againIt took hours and hours to tag, price, hang, put out, and write by hand everypieceNow I had to un tag and cross off by hand every iteml Of course I was upsetShedidn't care! Who does this, she brought stuff even a week before.She broke her contract with the store and doesn't deserve anything back .I should bill her forour timeShe owes us money!! I did my best after all to figure out what did sell and paid heraccordingly This is a consignment shop and we price and have sales accordingly I havespent enough time on her As I said to [redacted] as she was yelling at me on the phone, Shedeserves nothing more, she broke her agreement with us.Attached is the contract, you will see It is dated then signed by herYou will also see it saysthey are to leave items here for days, It also says we may price Items as we please andhave sales, they are to pull their own itemsIt was up to her to keep her own records.Thank you.The staff at Sophie and Lola

As indicated on the signed contact, my original pick up date was 5/21/ I did not break a contract and my original request was to put my items together in their proper outfitsThe response I got was "NO, I have spent so much time tagging these items, I am not changing them" I have been in the store multiple times and dealt with the other sales associate who is a pleasure to do business with The owner is extremely rude.I do have records of the larger items I consigned there and I have kept track and have pictures of the things I have dropped off which amounts to more $as my pay out amount The staff told me numerous times that my "items were selling well" and therefore I feel as though I was robbed funds are being withheld from the items of mine they have sold This business owner is extremely unprofessional.I would still like to see a copy of the detailed record they keep regarding my belongings and I would like to be reimbursed properly or I will take this matter further.
