Review: Placed an over the phone order on July 11th 2014 for a Spider-man birthday cake and cookies. Pickup time was 12:30pm on July 17,2014. Upon arrival to store the Spider-Man cake had fallen over. Waited for an hour to receive birthday cake however baker was still working on the Spider-Man cake. Another employee who was previously using [redacted] around the cake stopped and tried to help fix the cake without washing her hands. Cake still was not ready and the employees would not let us at least retrieve the cookies. Requested several times for employees to let us have the cookies and we would pay for them but the employee refused. When placing the order over the phone on July 11,2014 give credit card information for an 82.00 deposit. After an hour waiting for the cake and it still wasn't ready, we left. Was late for our son's birthday party and we had to pick up another cake along the way. Sophisticakes without permission charged my credit card on July 18,2014 for 132.00 without any prior authorization because they had my stored my card information. I receive no product or services from this business and was charged for the deposit and then unknowingly charged for the rest of the order total.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund back in total including the deposit.
